• A treatment plan for your case will be provided to you along with an estimate of the cost of the treatment.  You will have the opportunity to sit with a treatment coordinator who will be pleased to answer your questions and discuss the payment options available.  If you're on a tight schedule and don't have the time, we will be happy to mail the information to you and discuss it with you by telephone at your convenience.
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Cash and Checks are accepted. Care Credit http://www.carecredit.com is an option for patients wishing to make low monthly payments.
• Many of our patients have dental insurance and all of the policies differ in benefits.  As a result, we do not participate with, nor do we accept dental insurance as payment.  As a courtesy, it is our pleasure to fill out all the necessary forms and submit them to your insurance for reimbursement to you directly.
